Requirements
- 3+ years of business development experience in Web3/crypto
- Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem and blockchain technology
- Strong network within the crypto industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of closing strategic partnerships
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Experience with developer tools and infrastructure is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead partnership discussions and negotiations with key Solana ecosystem projects
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, projects, and enterprises
- Identify new market opportunities and growth channels
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align initiatives
- Represent OrbitFlare at industry events and conferences
