Robinhood Chain is a public, EVM-compatible Ethereum Layer 2 built on the Arbitrum Orbit (Nitro) stack. It is purpose-built for tokenized real-world assets (Robinhood Stock Tokens, ETFs, and the DeFi protocols built around them) with 24/7 trading, self-custody, and full DeFi composability. Mainnet went live on 1 July 2026.
The public mainnet RPC URL is https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com, on chain ID 4663 with ETH as the gas token. It is free and needs no API key, but it is rate limited with no throughput guarantee and no SLA. Production traffic should use a dedicated OrbitFlare endpoint, which is the same JSON-RPC interface with capacity behind it.
Robinhood Chain mainnet uses chain ID 4663 (testnet is 46630). Gas is paid in ETH, and the network settles to Ethereum using blob data availability. Because it is fully EVM-compatible, your existing tooling works without changes.
The public endpoint at https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com is free and needs no API key, but it is rate limited and intended for wallet connectivity and testing. It offers no throughput guarantee, no archive access, and no SLA. Production applications need dedicated capacity, which is exactly what these plans provide.
Throughput is tiered: Free 10 RPS, Starter 100 RPS, Growth 300 RPS, Pro 600 RPS, and Performance 1000 RPS. Every plan includes RPC, Websockets, and archival data. You can upgrade at any time as your traffic grows.

Yes. Robinhood Chain is fully EVM-compatible, so viem, ethers.js, web3.js, Foundry, Hardhat, and standard JSON-RPC methods all work unchanged. Point your provider at your OrbitFlare endpoint and set the chain ID to 4663.
Yes. Archival data and WebSocket subscriptions are included on every plan, including the Free tier. There is no separate archive add-on and no surcharge for historical reads.
Open MetaMask, go to Settings, Networks, Add network, then Add a network manually. Enter Robinhood Chain as the network name, https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com as the RPC URL, 4663 as the chain ID, ETH as the currency symbol, and https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com as the block explorer URL. Save, and the network appears in your list. Swap the RPC URL for your OrbitFlare endpoint when you move off the public node.
